    Configured opslimit; see sodium_crypto_pwhash_str()
    memlimit
    Configured memlimit; see sodium_crypto_pwhash_str()

    返回值

    Returns true if the provided memlimit/opslimit do not match what's stored in the hash. Returns false if they match.
