    pg_tty — Return the TTY name associated with the connection

    function pg_tty(?PgSql\Connection $connection = null): string

    pg_tty() returns the TTY name that server side debugging output is sent to on the given PostgreSQL connection instance.

    Зауваження:

    pg_tty() is obsolete, since the server no longer pays attention to the TTY setting, but the function remains for backwards compatibility.

    connection

    Примірник PgSql\Connection. Якщо параметр connection — null, то виконується стандартне з'єднання, тобто останнє, виконане функцією pg_connect() або pg_pconnect().

    Увага

    Починаючи з PHP 8.1.0, використання стандартного з'єднання є застарілим.
