    DOMNode::lookupNamespaceURI — Retourne l'URI du namespace selon le préfixe

    Description

    public function DOMNode::lookupNamespaceURI(?string $prefix): ?string

    Retourne l'URI du namespace selon le préfixe prefix.

    Liste de paramètres

    prefix

    Le préfixe à rechercher. Si ce paramètre est null, la méthode renverra l'URI du namespace par défaut, s'il existe.

    Valeurs de retour

    Renvoie l'URI du namespace associé, ou null s'il n'en est pas trouvé.

    Simple way to get the URI of the default namespace:

<?php
    $document = new DOMDocument();
    $document->load($xml_file);
    $uri = $document->documentElement->lookupnamespaceURI(NULL);
?>

    You have to pass *null* to lookupNamespaceURI if you want to read the default namespace. Passing an empty string doesn't work - even though the documentation says that lookupNamespaceURI takes a string as argument (and null would just be converted to an empty string).
